🚚 Shipping & Delivery FAQ

1. HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING? We try to keep shipping costs low for our customers.

  • Standard Shipping: $5.99 (For orders under $39.00)

  • Free Shipping: FREE (For orders over $39.00)

Note: Shipping costs are calculated based on the final total after discounts are applied.

 

2. DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE? Yes, we provide worldwide shipping to most countries.

 

3. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? The total delivery time is calculated as: Processing Time + Shipping Time.

  • Processing Time: 2-3 Business Days (This is the time it takes for us to prepare, quality check, and pack your order at our facility.)

  • Standard Shipping Time: 5-14 Business Days (Once shipped, this is the time it takes for the courier to deliver to your door.)

Note: Most orders arrive within 2 weeks. However, due to high demand, weather conditions, or customs processing, some international orders may take up to 30 days. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, please contact us immediately.

 

4. CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES? We do not offer split shipments to multiple addresses for a single order. If you need to send items to different locations (e.g., gifts), please place a separate order for each shipping address.

 

5. DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY ADDRESSES? Yes! We can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure your address formatting is correct to avoid delays.

 

6. WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS OR VAT? Items shipping from the US/International Warehouses are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

  • We do not collect VAT (Value Added Tax) or duties during checkout.

  • All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  • Depending on your country, you may incur local customs charges upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific policies.

 

7. WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED?

We are fully responsible for any loss, damage, or delay of the package during transportation with our standard carriers. If your item arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at [email protected] so we can resolve it for you.
